CASE MANAGEMENT

“How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.” — Annie Dillard, The Writing Life
Initial Needs Assessment

The initial consultation will involve a comprehensive occupational therapy assessment of your function related to your specified daily activities. This will establish capacity, goals, and treatment priorities. Treatment will then focus on working toward goals, through training and rehabilitation, by adapting the activity, by prescribing equipment to assist in the goal or by a combination of all three.
